This year, more than ever, we are grateful for the opportunity and ability to vote safely and effectively.

For Essex County residents, a big part of that is the Ballot Boxes.

So, in an election cycle filled with division, fear, and misinformation, let’s celebrate the positive aspects of democracy and choice.

  • Bring your ballots and drop them in the box at the South Orange gazebo

  • Bring your filled out Get Out The Vote postcards and mail them

  • Have your picture taken voting or mailing your card cards, if you like

 We’ll be handing out:

  • Information on how to vote properly

  • Coloring pages for kids

  • Blank Get Out The Vote postcards

  • And… “I Voted Today” Stickers

Bring those stickers to local businesses to receive special promotions such as:

  • A free mug of hot cider and rum from The Fox and the Falcon

  • 20% off any service in either of Yoni Kreger Salon’s locations

  • Buy one political themed item and get one half off at Sadie’s

Masks will be worn, and social distancing will be adhered to. There will be live music and plenty of good cheer.

So come on by and feel good about your vote, Saturday 10/17 any time from 12-3 at the Corner of Sloan St and South Orange Ave (by the Dunkin Donuts)
